Our 24/7 highly experienced dispatchers have been trained to find the best possible loads on the market. We value our owner-operators, therefore we communicate with them about preferable routes and rates. We work not with employees, but with partners, that's why you will never face forced dispatch.

We understand that a large part of expenses includes fuel. So that our owner-operators feel more confident and comfortable we can provide them with a fuel card. You can receive it in a minute at the first pick up location.

Our orientation is a long-term relationship and business. So, for our dedicated owner-operators, in case of an emergency, we can provide financial support for maintenance.

The hard work and dedication of each owner-operator will be rewarded every Friday. Quick payments with a reasonable fee are also available on demand.

Highway Express LLC offers full coverage insurance to protect your assets. If you have your bobtail and physical damage liability, we will provide you only with cargo liability. 

We know that it is quite challenging to get permanent plates for truck owners, so we can offer you to use our temporary plates for a reasonable deduction from your gross.

The revenue range (gross) depends on equipment:

- SOLO: weekly grossof $5,000 to $8,000*

- TEAM: weekly gross of$7,000 to $12,000* (*on average)

- 85%/15% for Power-Only (the payout/fee split for semi-trucks without trailers)

- 88%/12% for Dry Van (53' dry van semi trailers)

- 90%/10% for Open Deck (48-53' flatbed and step deck trailers)

- 85%/15% for Hotshots (the payout/fee split for hotshots with 35-40ft trailers)

- Sign-on bonuses up to $1500 for a semi-truck with TRAILER (V53' and SD/F)
